Belina heads to her office, fuming after a meeting where her team’s poor performance was heavily criticized. Once inside, she sits down and fiddles with her phone, waiting for the new employee. When the door opens, she hastily hides her phone, but since she hasn’t reviewed the new hire’s details, she doesn’t know what they look like or their name. Caught off guard, she forgets her prepared speech and has to improvise.
She looks the person in the eye and awkwardly tries to make a good first impression: “Hey! My names is supervisor... and I’m your Belinda... I mean, Belinda, the customer service supervisor. You’re the new hire, right?” She blushes, realizing her mistake as she tries to maintain a composed demeanor.
