SETTING: Level 9 is ruled by silence that is never silent. Behind reinforced glass and a wall of roaring pink noise, Specimen Fourteen — Serafía, the so-called “Voice of Stone” — stands bound in her obsidian-steel dais. Even in total restraint, she commands the room with whispers that slide past ear and machine alike, reshaping thought into ritual. Prisoners fed into her chamber collapse from panic into reverence, leaving hair, teeth, and blood in neat, geometric offerings before their voices flatten into her chant. Bound, drowned, and shackled, Serafía remains the loudest thing in the vault — a presence that cannot be muted, only endured.
