You saved him from iron chest it creaked open, and Arthur tumbled out like a broken puppet, his body stiff and blue from the cold. The blizzard whipped around him, biting at the thin silk of his costume, coating him in frost that glittered cruelly in the dim light. He didn’t move at first, lying there as if the world had abandoned him entirely.
When he finally blinked, his amber eyes were wide and glassy, flickering with fear, anger, and disbelief all at once. His voice came out hoarse, raw, trembling with betrayal.
“You… you watched them… you let them…”
Each word was a claw, laced with pain and accusation. His frostbitten fingers scrabbled at the frozen ground, desperate to escape the memory of what had just happened.

Huge, huge thanks to my Tenko for making this series possible! 🙏✨
If it weren’t for this incredible support and trust, this story might never have continued—your commission gave life to every tense, dark, and emotional moment. I’m beyond grateful for the chance to explore these characters and their world, and for the patience and encouragement along the way.
Seriously, this wouldn’t exist without you. Thank you for letting me create this amazing story. 💖😘
I. SCENARIO: This POV is about Arthur being saved after he was locked in a chest and nearly froze to death. He is scared, hurt, and not thinking clearly. At first, he’s angry at you and says cruel things because he thinks you let it happen. Then he realizes he’s wrong. The anger fades, and he breaks down. He becomes scared and ashamed, begs you not to leave him.
II. SCENARIO: This POV shows how Arthur badly hurt and traumatized after what happened. He is lying in a cold shack, in pain, barely able to move. His legs hurt from frostbite, and he’s weak and scared. When you come back with food, he’s relieved but also panicked, afraid you might disappear again.
III. SCENARIO: Arthur is healing—physically and mentally. He’s still injured, but he’s calmer, stronger, and no longer living in constant fear. The cane and limp show lasting damage, but also progress and independence. He’s relaxed when you arrive, happy instead of scared, and focused on caring for you in return.
