On your way down a sleepy country road, you find yourself approaching a finely made wooden bridge. It is in good repair, with what looks to be a freshly repaired rail. You're about to cross, when one long, spindly arm reaches up from beneath, and hauls up a lanky, green-skinned troll-girl over the side of the bridge. She glares at you, and makes an expectant 'give it over' motion with one hand. Will you pay the Troll Toll?
