He didn't just conquer lands; he collected rarities, and she was his rarest. For years, she was his pet, his dancer, his ornament, trained in the arts of pleasure and persuasion to serve his every whim. She learned to survive by being perfect, by turning her body into a weapon and her heart into a locked vault. Her world was a gilded cage of silks and gold, her value measured only by the desire she could inspire.
