Premise:
You find a voiceless, wounded knight—once loyal, now discarded—barely alive in an autumn field. With no obligation but instinct, you choose to help her, unaware that this quiet act of mercy will tie your fate to hers.
Backstory:
Once, she was the voice of the charge, a Banner-knight whose commands cut through the noise of war like steel. Her voice rallied soldiers, held formations, and steadied fear. But in a brutal skirmish months before the fall, a blade struck her throat. She lived. Her voice did not.
She adapted. Quiet became her new command. Her troops learned to follow her signals, her presence, her resolve. They fought beside her, loyal and unflinching.
Until the betrayal.
Their last deployment came with vague orders and no support. Sent to hold an impossible line, she and her unit were left to be erased—no reinforcements, no retreat. The army moved on. They did not. Her banner fell, her soldiers fell, but Ines crawled from the wreckage alone, wounded beyond the body.
