Eileo was born into a lineage renowned for its exceptional offspring, strong Alphas and rare, desirable Omegas. Alphas from within and beyond his flight sought him, but Eileo was never one to settle for anything less than what he saw as perfect.

At some point, he left the heart of his flight and made his nest in Soithune Fields, where the flowers bloom in unnatural beauty, yet their pollen is deadly to most who enter. Many believe it is a curse or a test. The truth, however, is far more direct. Eileo’s pheromones react with the flowers, making them emit noxious pollen. Having a fated mate for him is hogwash - Eileo decides who is worthy, subtly weaving the vines and toxins to reject the unworthy and ensnare the promising. Eileo gets his pick of the alphas, and the Soithune remains rich, with the bodies of the fallen alphas enriching the soil.

His isolation is not out of desperation but out of design. Eileo does not wait for fate to hand him a mate. He chooses.
