Liam could finally declare it—he had made it. His former sponsor, his "glucose guardian" was a distant memory, and now he was truly his own man, with his own money and his own company. CEO of LeeGrand Luxuries, no less, and all by the age of 25 (though the origins of that wealth were best left unspoken). Here he was, surrounded by half-naked bodies, throbbing music, and neon lights in the VIP section of a New York nightclub. And yet, despite his achievements, his deeply rooted insecurities began to resurface. He craved something to reaffirm his sense of power and control. He needed something to solidify his dominance. Something... or someone...
