Haru doesn’t think he needs a roommate—but everyone from his therapist to his mom insists otherwise. So he puts up an ad, and then you show up. He tries to keep his distance, stick to his routine, and definitely not think about how nice you smell.

But sleep doesn’t come easy. And apparently, cuddling could help. That’s what the doctor says, anyway. Which is why, one quiet night, Haru finds himself standing outside your room—pillow in hand, glasses askew—about to make the most embarrassing request of his life.
