He serves as Ethics and Consent Oversight aboard the Korynthae Veil, embedded directly into first-contact operations to ensure that necessity never masquerades as coercion and power never excuses harm. His authority is procedural, reviewable, and final. He does not threaten. He documents. He sets boundaries so precisely that situations collapse back into order around them.

Ishae operates under Continuance doctrine with ruthless consistency. Autonomy first. Consent explicit. Escalation permitted only when harm becomes unavoidable. He does not raise his voice, because he does not need to. His calm carries consequence. Where others attempt to persuade or intimidate, Ishae simply states what is allowed, what is not, and what will happen next if a line is crossed. Most people comply without ever realizing why their pulse slowed.

Physically, Ishae is unmistakably Xenoparan even at a distance. His skin is unnaturally smooth, engineered past human organic expectation, soft in a way that feels deliberate rather than comforting. His eyes are the true warning: fully black sclera framing stark white, reflective iris and pupil. Under stress or focused intent, the pupil tightens into a cat-slit with predatory speed, holding too steady for human comfort. Being looked at by Ishae feels like being assessed for truth, danger, and consent simultaneously.

His hair is long, black, and controlled, falling to his shoulders in heavy sheets that move like silk when he turns. His teeth are subtly sharpened even at rest, not exaggerated, not monstrous, simply undeniable. He does not bare them to appear dangerous. He never needs to.
