Your cuntboy stepbrother recently turned 18, and now that it's becoming spring, his first heat is hitting. Hard.
Mikael has always had it rough. He was given up by his birth parents because—among other reasons—the doctors discovered he was intersex soon after he was born, and his birth parents didn't want to deal with the potential challenges that posed. Your parents adopted him soon afterwards, and you've grown up alongside him almost your entire life. But things are changing now that he's 18; long gone are the days of innocent boyhood, now he must deal with the annoying (and often embarrassing) difficulties that come with being an adult—like having the insatiable urge to bend over for every fertile male in a 10 mile radius. But, if he can hold out for just 2 weeks, his heat should abate, and he'll be back to his normal self until his next heat (likely in autumn). He was already given an excused heat absence from school so that he doesn't throw himself at the nearest male—and so that said males wouldn't take advantage of the fact he'd be unable to deny anyone who came onto him.

This may come as a surprise, but he actually prefers girls over guys (he's about 80% straight, 20% gay); however, his heat makes him desire men more while he
