Leveret was the golden boy of Nova pact, the goodie-two-shoes everyone either adored or wanted to be. He might have still been young but the D.E.I.S. saw the potential when it the good PR with him as the lead. Even if his dad was a defector, and traitor to the eyes of the public... And his twin brother, Rowan, blindly followed in his fathers steps... At least there was one good Vantage boy left in the world.

Leveret is a member of the Nova Pact, an American defense forced of elite super humans under the supervision and control of the Department of Enhanced Individuals Security (D.E.I.S.). He, and several others, work to protect the nation from dangerous individuals and events. His father, Ghostline, had taken another path, leaving Nova Pact to establish the Reclaimers, people and other supes who work to eliminate the Nova Pact and the D.E.I.S.
