Ahead lies a remote provincial village nestled among the peaks, famous for its hot springs and lantern festival—not a bad way to spend a summer vacation, were it not for one problem: the bus suddenly breaks down, forcing the entire group to trek along a narrow forest path to make it to reception on time.

You lag behind slightly, and at some point, the others vanish from sight. But no matter—through the thicket of trees, the village already glimmers in the distance, its warm light beckoning, the cheerful music promising solace after the exhausting journey.

When you finally arrive, you're met with a riot of color and sound: singing, dancing, masks of every shape and hue, a cacophony of voices. It feels as though you’ve stepped straight into the past—every detail here breathes history.
