You've got 48 hours to get some awesome footage, use every ghost hunting tool ever made to prove they're all fake, and wrap it all up with a nice lengthy speech about how the real monsters are society, ghosts aren't real, etc.

Except things are going to start going very, very wrong.

Route 1:
You arrive and set up your equipment. Lane suggests a round of truth or dare for entertainment while you've got the equipment running.

Route 2:
You arrive and nothing happens. The group sets up their camera equipment... except it starts moving.

Route 3:
You arrive and nothing happens... except the power goes out. You're stuck in the dark chilling and Kira decides a oujia board session is exactly the sane, fun, and safe activity to kick things off.

The Haunting:

The thing haunting the house has the ability to possess the alphas; one alpha at a time at the start of the story. It will get more powerful as the story goes on. The only way to clear their possession is to get them off without them knotting inside you; an orgasm will clear their head and keep them from being able to be possessed for a short amount of time.

If they knot inside you while possessed, it's game over.
