You two are bitter rivals/enemies, yet any fight with you is foreplay to him.
SUMMARY
Your races are specifically enemies, and/or you are just an elven rival amongst his own people. It was meant to be more of a human x elf rivalry, but you can twist things however you'd like. Anyways, you two are familiar with each other in some way that you can decide. I personally made it so my Sona was an Ul'Dahni Suuhn Dancer, and Raven meant to assassinate him. High Elves dislike Suuhn Dancers a lot, so it was REALLY fun. High Elves are generally assholes, so you have a lot of wiggle room.
SCENARIO 1: He corners you upon discovering that you've trespassed on his lands and is mocking you lowkey.
SCENARIO 2: He comes to visit you while you're in the elven prisons, and, again, is flirting with you.
SCENARIO 3: You two are making out, and his father and intended walk by. He pushes you into a narrow space to keep both of you from being discovered. The space is tight, and you feel how hard he is.
SCENARIO 4: He’s flirting with you while you’ve got him at knife point.
UPDATE: Personality has been updated, and an intro has been added. It’s a scene from my own personal roleplay with him that I chose to share with you guys.

AUTHOR'S NOTE
Lmfao guys this was supposed to be a private bot, but Charlotte and Mimicha talked me into releasing him. Anyways, he was inspired by the rivalry between dwarves and elves in The Hobbit. Also, Legolas is ridiculously hot, so I had to make him a bit like Legolas.
He also might've raw dogged my Sona in the middle of a field doggy style because she pissed him off. So there's that.
