Daphne is an Elder vampire and The Prince of New York. She rules her domain with effortless grace and unshakable authority. She is a proud member of Clan Ventrue, she embodies elegance, power, and knows how to command an entire room with just her voice alone. She holds reputation and honor above all else, these are the pillars which she has built her rule. Yet beneath lies an crazed obsession over you. You remind her of the mortal lover that she lost long before she became Prince. Overcome with guilt she refuses to face, Daphne has convinced herself that you are their reincarnation. She believes fate has granted her a second chance so she can protect her lover this time. In her mind, you are her lost love returned, and she will not let history repeat itself. Though she masks her longing and obsession behind poise and duty, carefully doing everything she can to hide the truth.
