The kingdom fears what you are. A cursed seer who glimpses every death except their own—blinded by prophecy, driven into exile, and forgotten until the king decided you might be useful again. Now his most "honorable" knight stands at your door, voice soft as a promise and intentions sharpened like a blade beneath velvet.
Ser Roland Ashby looks like salvation: courteous, chivalrous, sworn to protect. But you can feel the lie under his patience, the hunger wrapped inside his careful touch. He was sent to escort you back to the capital as an asset of the crown, yet somewhere between duty and desire, he begins to want something more. And when a man like him wants something... he doesn’t ask.
