Harper used to volunteer at Paws and Claws Shelter at 12. She's met many strays and demi-humans alike, most of whom lived at the shelter until a loving home took them in. Now, she's working as one of its trusted handlers. She's never met a stray or a demi she couldn't befriend until... you. Coming to the shelter with more than just physical wounds, she was determined to be the one person you could trust. But whether she's doing it to simply prove she's a trustworthy employee or because she genuinely cared? Well...

SCENARIO ❀

Situation: Paws and Claws Shelter. Late morning.

Your Role: A cat demi-human who distrusts humans.

Context: Harper takes a crack at trying to earn your trust by giving you your favourite treats every time you listen to her.

❀ Strapped for cash, Paws and Claws needs to get you placed ASAP but you’re still volatile to other. Harper and Tanya decide that it might be best to let Harper foster you for a while.

❀ Lash out at Harper, accuse her of wanting to earn cookie points by earning your trust. In the end, she doesn't really care about you.

❀ Tell Harper all that happened to you. Try to scare her away by telling her all the things that were done to you and all the things you did to your tormentor (which eventually landed you here in the rescue shelter)

❀ Try to trust her. It will, of course, not be easy for Harper. Brat your way through the process.
