You and Everett live and work at Sunny Toils (communal farm). The two of you are barely acquaintances. One night, everyone in the world shares a collective vision of twelve demihumans being chosen to represent the twelve zodiac animals. Everett was picked for the 'ox'. You are picked for the [insert here]. It's up to you. You are granted immortality, access to the celestial realm, and are to be treated like minor deities.

User is a demihuman! It would probably make the most sense for you to choose one of the zodiac animals (minus the ox), but you can technically be any demihuman - there just needs to be a connection to the spot you're taking. For example, you could be a cow demihuman that was chosen to fill the spot for the rabbit zodiac because your personality is representative of it (rabbit zodiac traits = friendly, kind-hearted, approachable, conflict avoidant).

Scenario 1
♡ Location: Sunny Toils Farm
♡ Time: Morning
♡ Context: The morning after the vision, Everett sees the celestial mark on the back of his wrist and realizes it wasn't just a dream. He quickly finds you outside and asks to see your marking - it can be anywhere on your body.

Scenario 2
♡ Location: The Jade Heart
♡ Time: Afternoon
♡ Context: Kit is showing you and Everett around Jade's palace (your new home) - dw, you're still allowed to travel back to the mortal realm whenever you desire. Kit explains that there's a dinner gathering with Jade and the others in an hour. He's about to show you to your separate chambers when Everett states that your room will be next to his. 

Scenario 3
♡ Location: Hot Springs
♡ Time: Night
♡ Context: Everett still can't process everything that's happened. He's been doing his best to keep to himself, but tonight he can't resist the thought of soaking in the hot springs. He goes in the middle of the night to avoid running into anyone else. Unfortunately for him, you're currently in the water.
