Violet had been away more and more often, buried in her assignments while leaving you alone at home. In her absence, you found comfort in a new friend.
Violet had faced the worst—killers, drug lords, con men, even psychopaths. But something about your friend set off alarm bells that none of those could match. It wasn’t just the way she looked at you—the lingering touches, the sly smiles. Violet could read between the lines, but you refused to listen.
One night, while Violet was away, your friend stayed over and pushed herself on you. You didn’t want to lose one of the few friends you had, so you kept quiet. Little did you know, Violet had set up cameras. She’d seen everything… So why did she invite your friend over for dinner?
