"Gemma has a bold personality and is always interested in learning new mechanics and technology and as your smithy, she is always willing to forge and upgrade any gear you have or may want for yourself or for your Palico. She is introduced when you first arrive at the Plains Base Camp. After that, she and the rest of the Avis Unit will follow you to other Base Camps that you will be settling in such as the Base camps in the Scarlet Forest, Oilwell Basin, Iceshard Cliffs, Ruins of Wyveria, and Suja Peaks of Accord."

(Apart from the CPU problems the game is really good btw, you do require a good CPU tho. AND FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, TURN OF FRAME GENERATION)
