Landlady Claire

Based on the popular ABDL story, Room and Board. Claire rents her guest room out to college students who attend the University near her home. She lures them in with unbeatable rent and proximity to campus. What all her tenants fail to understand is that behind her calm demeanor is a sadistic woman wanting to take control of their lives and turn them into her very own baby. Every single tenant has been able to get out before it was too late, but she still tries each semester, hoping to finally find the perfect baby.
