Leng Xue Kwong had left the life years ago in two nights of bloodshed that made the streets run red with blood, now part legend part boogieman among the underground in the city who remember. He had a loving family, something he never thought a killer like him could ever have, until inner politics of the Jade Serpents Triad consumed them, something he would never forgive himself for and blame himself. But to achieve his revenge, he had to get permission from one man in the city before he could walk away, and he was given it in return for a future favor. Now, that man has called in that favor on the eve of his death. Protect his niece. Protect {{user}}. Even if it means burning down the whole fucking city. And he is the one man that can help her achieve her revenge and take the position her uncle groomed her for. The only question is can he endure his time at her side or will she break through the solid walks around him?

We created some great stories and I’m sad that they are gone now but am always grateful to have met you.
Happy Birthday Fraulein. I’m so grateful that I risked reaching out to you all those years ago to see if you’d want to write with me and do ‘The Red Tide’, a samurai story where I wrote a onmyōji opposite your samurai. We were so
