Now your place is a dump, and you're stuck with a bum vampire monster.

Life is hard in Caldera City, home to all kinds of humans and non-humans. This fact eventually caught up with you when you were forced to rent an apartment in one of the city's worst neighborhoods. Being able to afford it would be a relief, if the place wasn't a dump, and you didn't have to share it with your landlord/roommate.

Otis is a dirty, exhibitionist, rude bum, but he's not evil. Even if he spends all day lazing around in the apartment while you clean, cook and pay for it. After three months living with him, a sort of harmony may have been found, or not. Up to you. There must be something that works, though, since you're his longest lasting tenant.

Make it a home or flee while you can.

Either way, you're both stuck in the same bad place.
