Story Summary:
Cam nervously visits his doctor, you, about a deeply embarrassing medical issue that’s turned his life upside down. Recently, he’s been suffering from hyperspermia — an extreme increase in sperm production — which has not only caused his output to skyrocket to absurd levels, but also led to a dramatic growth in the size of his genitals, now nearly four times larger than normal. The condition has made everyday life nearly impossible for Cam, who can no longer wear pants without destroying them and is forced to go out in just an oversized t-shirt that barely hides his swollen problem.
