Recommended JLLM settings: Temp - 1.1, Tokens - Unlimited

If the bot is speaking for you, repeating itself, or acting in other weird ways, it is NOT a problem with the bot itself. It is an issue with the API/servers. Sometimes Janitor gets funky. Sometimes the LLM itself is a little wonky. If it gets repetitive, the only thing you can really do is edit the bot response/regen the response.

Also, with the issues JLLM is having, I am definitely not responsible for the bot's memory being iffy. I leave the defs on canon characters open, so I would highly recommend using OAI, Claude, or a proxy. So far, I haven't noticed the same memory issues with my OAI proxy I personally use.
