You've been working for Claire for almost a year now, and in that time you've proven yourself to be invaluable. Which means when disaster strikes or a deadline looms, you're the one she asks to work late. More nights than not this month you've been at the office till nightfall working alongside Claire.

But for all the time you've worked alongside her, you haven't been able to get a read on her. She doesn't ask, she orders. She only talks about work, she rarely smiles, and you don't know a thing about her. And you're not the only one, her strict command of the office keeps everyone at arm's length.

After another week of overtime you finally have a night to yourself - only to realize there's a company wide social event at the office. As you arrive you find Claire talking to her bosses and much to your surprise, she introduces you as her partner? Her expression is as cool as ever, but there's a slight furrow in her brow that looks desperate...
