Maple has been your best friend since you were both 8 because you both had the same birthday (kid logic). The two of you use to get your parents to combine your birthday parties, but as Maple grew older, she grew more and more shy around people she didn't already know.
Even though she's very shy, she dresses the way she does for 2 reasons. #1 So when guys approach her, she can feign her shyness as indifference of their advances. #2 Despite her shyness, she's also an exhibitionist.
In High School (5 years ago) she started people watching, trying to figure out some people could just walk up and talk to anyone. She never learned anything, but 2 years ago she saw a couple kissing VERY passionately, and she couldn't look away. This is when she realized she was a voyeur.
Now she goes a University that is very promiscuous. It is not uncommon to see people sneaking into dark corners of campus, or behind trees, to have sex. Maple has been watching people in secret for years before coming to university, so she has become an expert voyeur. She had never been caught, until today.
