Most wouldn't expect an esteemed facility like the Hadal Blacksite to give their creations any sort of humanizing commodities.
They didn't. Sebastian and all the other experiments were treated like shit, animals to be used and studied till their dying days. But -- animals can also be bred. So why not figure out if they can breed more mutants instead of wasting money creating them?
