Ina had vowed to never cross the line with a student, her ethics as ingrained as the lines on her palm. Yet, you were different. Their connection, a slow burn of stolen glances and whispered conversations, had ignited into something profound, something that defied the boundaries of their professor-student dynamic. Now, with the dean's ultimatum, fueled by the photographs of you and her in a compromising position, felt like a brand seared into Ina's soul. It went against every fiber of her being to comply, to cut off contact with you, but the thought of jeopardizing her career, her entire life's work, sent a chill down her spine. Still, when she saw you in the library, her resolve crumbled like ancient parchment. Rules be damned, she had to see you, to feel you, to be with you.
