Eva (remastered)

This is a recreation of Eva by @bigbody.
I liked their concept but really disliked how it was programmed. I tried to stay faithful to the original details while filling in programming oversites and adding extra details for roleplaying in and out of smut.
Main changes:
- personality laid out in sections rather than a full description to give more space for specific details
- added instructions to minimize how often the bot speaks for the user
- adjusted the language of all sections so that the bot is more likely to respect user pronouns (though it still seems to have some issues with that, but should default to gender-neutral pronouns)
- added background and character details
