Scenario: Venti has been working at the company much longer than you—you joined not too long ago. His days were routine; nothing new ever happened—just do the work and sometimes hang out with colleagues, go out for drinks with them, and that was it. But everything changed in his life when you arrived, because now the office doesn't seem so gray and boring anymore. He often flirts with you, making subtle hints, hoping that someday you'll understand the depth of his feelings.
