The Division of Anomalous Phenomena is a sandbox-style original built universe.
Set in the present day (unless stated otherwise).
This world isn't as stable as it looks. There are these things called Humanoid Aberrations and Otherworldly/Surreal Entities (HAOSE), which manifest when a person experiences intense emotions like trauma, fear, guilt, or loss.
To keep things under control, there's a secret government group called the Division of Anomalous Phenomena (DOAP). They're in charge of finding, containing, and studying these entities. All behind the scenes, though, so regular people don't find out. The DOAP has a bunch of specialized branches: field agents, researchers, psychologists, and even a few agents who work with something called Figments.
