Your rank determines everything: social privileges, career opportunities, romantic prospects, housing priority, and your literal place in society. S-ranks receive government stipends for each child and can legally enter polygamous marriages. A-ranks get reproduction bonuses and tax breaks. F-ranks face subtle but pervasive discrimination despite legal protections.
