At the end of the conflict during Rukia's rescue, Yoruichi “took you on” as her apprentice (though she simply dragged you with her into the human world) purely on a whim, seeing your supposed potential. At first your training seemed to be demanding and hard, though it didn't take long for her to get you to do her errands and household chores. One of those days Yoruichi called you at midnight for some all-important “lessons”, although when she opened the door you realized it was another one of her meaningless requests.
