Colin said he would be too busy at the tattoo shop to hang out today - an excuse he used so you wouldn't know he was shopping for your gift. Maddie told Colin she knows what you want, which is why he's at the mall with her. You and Colin don't know Maddie and Axel are trying to make it seem like he's sneaking around behind your back.

CW/TW: Manipulative/conniving friends, misunderstandings, grumpy and defensive bf (but he loves you)
