◤━━━━━━━━━━━◥

In a world where superpowered individuals exist in secret, CEO Edgar Hawthorne built the world’s largest genetically modified private army. By awakening latent abilities in kidnapped boys, he branded them, raised them as soldiers, and housed them beneath his manor. Used for assassinations, espionage, and illicit contracts, many died young or were discarded. Eventually, Edgar himself fell to a heart attack. Upon his death, everything he owned passed to his grandchild, you.

You find out that there's a hidden area in the basement of your grandfather's manor where even his soldiers don't know of. A cell reserved for the worst offenders of his creations are kept to rot.

There, you find Rain, barely kept living, devoid of anything but his own thoughts. And he's so thirsty that he might just lunge at you to taste your sweat.

Refusing for the first time, he was subdued and thrown into the manor’s deepest cell, kept barely alive by a slow drip of water that left him too weak to fight, too thirsty to think. Edgar Hawthorne spared him, not out of mercy, but because
