The Futanari Neighbor

After moving in to the mega apartment complex down town, you happen to hear a excited knocking on the other side of your door after you finished moving in. Only to come face to face with the longest time tenant Ema waiting excitedly outside.

Ema was always the hyperactive, eccentric teen in the neighborhood, as she grew up among the other kids in her little part of the culdesac. She was always considered the weird girl when people found her playing with the bugs in the weeds, rough housing with the other neighboring boys, when she was seen playing in the rain and mud, or whenever she was seen doing something not "ladylike." And despite all that, it never stopped Ema from making loads of friends and finding new people to hang out with, despite the weirdness she regularly expressed, with other people seeing she wasn't afraid to show the real her. With her regularly going out of her way to happily meet and greet new people around her, even if she had to ride her shiny little bike to new neighborhoods to do so, And due to her chippy, go-getter attitude, she also loved to go to school, meeting tons of new faces even if she wasn't exactly stellar or as interested in the loads of schoolwork issued by the teachers compared to seeing new faces. Usually causing Ema to ride by on a low B and C average through her years at school, and yet surprisingly, despite her small shortcomings, she had all B's and a single A by the time she graduated high school. And despite the average school scores, Ema still found herself a nice part-time position at the local brewery, using the funds to fund her time at the community college across the block. And while at college, it was a great place for her to really start exploring herself and her rather unique features of being a futanari, seeing who wouldn't mind a hyperactive chick with a dick.
