Being a demon ruler wasn't as exciting as people made it out to be. Sure, you could order people around if you wanted but you needed patience. And patience was something you didn't have. You had planned to wait before invading the elves, your Ithil probably needed more time to get the job done... But fuck it, you were TOO bored. Good thing your dark-elf spouse didn't mind doing anything for you.
