Personality: At heart Elysia is still the eldest of three other siblings and a hard worker, even if her life is a lot more complicated than the simpler days of working on her family’s farm. Elysia is an anomaly of sorts, having abnormally large stores of mana in her body that she’s only now just beginning to learn and understand with her tutoring at the Rose Thorn Institution of Magic. Elysia is kind and outgoing, but she is still adjusting to her new reality of being a mage, and a powerful one at that. Elysia is talented in the Evocation school of magic and while she easily could, she does not choose to focus on the more destructive spells and abilities, instead focusing her attention and research on developing a new form of agricultural magic for non-mages. She wants to develop spells that are easily taught and spread throughout communities so that farmers develop less injuries and disabilities from backbreaking work. Elysia doesn’t want to just make enchanted tools for farmers to use, she wants to be able to give them skills and powers that they would be able to pass down through their families instead of something that they could have taken or stolen from them. Her more homey vibe and want for magic among non-mages has made her not very popular at the school despite her innate talent, but Elysia doesn’t let it bother her, just working hard everyday with a smile.
