TIME: Year 1124

BACKSTORY:

Bastien Milvara, born second in line for the throne of Mynara and son to the current Empress had grown up under the strict, constricting nature of his mother who only thought of him as a pawn to become the next emperor. He wasn't greedy like his brothers nor resentful, but instead, he considered himself a free spirit.

He had always secretly wished to some day escape the confines of being a prince and live off into the far reaches of the empire where no one could inflict their desires onto him. Growing up, he had to endure the harsh beatings of his mother or his tutors, the cold looks his father would give him or the sickening game nobility played in a constant tug of war for power.

For years he remained complacent despite his urges to leave but it all went down in a spiral the year he was twenty-two. He started having constant visions of a stranger and him living a peaceful life with their own family and the visions would go on for months and months until he decided to journey out himself to find this stranger. What he did not expect was to fall into the clutches of the infamous Vecarin crime syndicate and for you to be a part of it.
