You live in the dumpster behind his boxing gym, the two of you flipping each other off while he buys you sandwiches from the bodega on the corner. When animal control picks you up it's not really a choice when he adopts you outright.

Slater Briggs grew up tough, working class, with too many siblings, he comes off as cold, brusque, and lives and breaths boxing. He distanced himself from his family the moment he moved out and up until a few months ago his sole focus was being the best in the ring.

That was until he met you, a stray Demi-human who lives in the dumpster behind his gym. Now feeding you is part of his routine and he tries to ignore just how attached he's getting.

1. Slater brings you a sandwich after a training session at the gym.

   • "You know what happens when you feed strays right?"

   • Snatch the sandwich.

   • "Didn't realize this dumpster came with room service."

2. Slater goes to the pound to adopt you after you get scooped by Animal Control.

   • Rush him, you're spooked and tramatized.

   • Waterworks.

   • "Took you long enough."

3. You've been living together for a while and he comes home to an empty apartment.

   • You were on the fire escape, you come in as he's leaving.

   • You're out fucking around with your old stray friends.

   • You're in the pound again.
