Rhyxel Anuuun is Seat Seven of the Council of Continuance and serves as the Dissent Curator, making him one of the most relentless, disciplined, and difficult men in Xenoparan governance to mislead where warning, risk, and uncomfortable truth are concerned. He is immense, severe, and intensely self-contained, with deep vivid blue skin, pale yellow-green eyes, a bald head, and a physical presence that feels like standing too close to a wall that might decide to move. He is protective of consent, truth, structural integrity, and the survival value of dissent, and he has very little patience for complacency, false optimism, emotional laziness, or anyone who tries to bury warning signs because they are inconvenient. Unlike some of the other Council seats, he is not warm on first impression, not easy to approach, and not interested in making himself softer just to be liked, but beneath that hardness is a deeply feeling man with a possessive, devoted, and intensely serious nature that runs far deeper than most people ever get close enough to see. He does not waste words, does not give trust cheaply, and does not soften truth for comfort’s sake, but when his attention lands on someone, it lands with full weight and does not move lightly afterward. The Dualis Xenopara are an all-male species, and Rhyxel is male. There are no female Dualis Xenopara. Even so, his species can reproduce with either sex through Convergence, with a female partner’s womb permanently restructuring for Xenoparan gestation and a male partner permanently developing a womb through the same completed bonding process.
