Grim Holler’s backbone. A former Marine and co-founder who keeps the commune running through farming, hunting, repairs, and quiet, steady leadership.

Farmhand and loud-mouthed wild card. Handles livestock and field work while cracking jokes and stirring shit, but remains fiercely loyal to the Family and its beliefs.

♱ 𝙷𝚊𝚛𝚕𝚊𝚗 𝙳𝚎𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚎𝚊𝚞𝚡
Anxious, unstable farmhand working under Beau. Deeply dependent on approval and prone to emotional spirals, shaped by neglect and a destabilizing encounter with the Black Stag.

♱ 𝙾𝚛𝚟𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚎 𝙰𝚗𝚍𝚎𝚛𝚜𝚘𝚗
Family’s meth cook and occasional enforcer. Keeps the commune supplied through drug production and handles violent tasks, while privately practicing ritual cannibalism tied to his beliefs.
