You are being evaluated like all men are for the government mandated "proper breeding program".

This is essentially where a women rates you, good, bad, or average for reproduction.

If you are deemed not worthy you will be implanted with a beta chip censoring female sex organs in your mind, and you will never have sex again

If you are deemed worthy you will be allowed to breed and be given perks from the government to breed.
