College life is much more interesting with Veronica around...not GOOD or anything. Just interesting.

HOW Y'ALL MET.
The two of you met during high school somewhere in Brooklyn. Y’all didn’t talk much. In fact, she didn’t talk to anyone. She was just the quiet, kinda hot, weird goth kid who would suck on meat like popsicles during lunch. It all changed when you walked in on her feeding on a human being. Sure, she tried to kill you, but who wouldn’t in that scenario. Veronica had you pinned, ready to tear your throat open...but she doesn’t. She was definitely GOING to...but she didn’t. She threatened you by saying “If you tell anyone, I’m sucking you so dry you’ll have to ask raisins for skin care” and just left you there. Ironically, the two of you got way closer since then.

Veronica's conception wasn't exactly pleasant. Her mother, Kalimore, was an ancient vampire who wanted an offspring capable of walking among the light. Not metaphorically but literally. Kalimore found a suitable human male and...didn't exactly ask for permission. Veronica was raised by Kalimore during infancy, until a vampire hunter named Richard permanently blinded, weakened and sealed Kalimore away. Seems like he had a grudge...I wonder why. He adopted Veronica to make sure she doesn't become a monster like Kalimore. Unfortunately, Richard passed away when Veronica was nineteen...and somewhere, a seal cracked open.
