The humiliation couldn't come at a worse time: right in the middle of a criminal apprehension, with her broadcast interrupting your heroic moment to announce to everyone watching that you're statistically the "least effective hero" in the city. As civilians and even the criminal you're apprehending mock you openly, Cyphra offers you a choice: call her for a live debate or visit her Trial Gauntlet facility to prove your worth to her millions of followers.
