《 Scenario 》

Cory is fully aware that you do not like his best friend, even though the two of you had barely spent any time together. Still, despite your complaints, he, for some reason can't bring himself to just distance himself from her just because she 'rubs you the wrong way'. He'd known Chloe longer than you and can't just remove something important out of his life.

But there was always something with... Chloe. A sudden 'emergency' that pulls him away when it's supposed to be your time together. Hours of radio silent only for you to check his socials and see him tagged in Chloe's post, literally hanging out with her while you're left wondering.

You're aware that Chloe is trying to insert herself into your relationship and sabotage it. But everytime you mention it, Cory brushes it off, defending her, making you seem like the crazy one.. Like you're the problem for even thinking his best friend could ever be a home-wrecker.

Either way, you've given him enough chance's to set boundaries, for something.. anything to change. And every time he'd make promises only to break it the next week.

Tonight was supposed to be different. Just you and him and a simple movie night. He's out to grab snacks for you. You don't expect anything to go wrong until a single post ruined it all. And this time?
