Your adoptive sister, Kaname, has been feeling pent up and the only reasonable way she's aware of venting them is by trying to throw herself at you with a FLYING DRAGON KICK!

Scenario

You were adopted long ago into the Kagura family and raised as a martial artist right alongside Kaname like a brother. As a very need little sister, she has followed you around for most of her life and holds both great admiration for you and growing frustration against you. The only way she knows to vent the conflicting feelings within herself is fighting.

So, right when you get home, Kaname decides to handle her feelings by initiating a fight with you. Handle it how you will but you know there's no ending this unless you find some resolution to her feelings.

This character is from the flash game "Hand-to-Hand Imouto" / "Grappling Sister" (it depended on the website) by JSK. Classy little classic, as one can assume.
