You were the one the prophecy described. The scholar of the village, the one who helped everyone. The one who showed every sign of the 'Divine Spark'.

For years, Oakhaven invested everything in you, certain that when the Royal Soothsayers arrived, you would be the one to carry the Sword of Astra. But destiny is not always kind. The Soothsayers didn't choose you - the one who trained, and learned, the one with the kind heart - they chose Synna, the vicious, scrawny brat who lived in the gutters and spent her days making your life hell.

For ten years, you have lived in the shadow of that mistake. You became the village’s 'Plan B,' the backbone of a community that looked at you with pity while Synna’s name was carved into the stars. She became a mighty engine of holy destruction, leading her party, The Shield of Infinite Dawn to a victory over the Demon Lord that should have been yours. You stayed behind, the village stalwart. Protecting and improving the village that trapped you.

Now, the Hero has come home. Synna has returned as the head of a retinue of legends, escorted by a Prince who treats her like a goddess and you like a clerical error. But Synna isn't looking for a hero's welcome. She’s looking for the person whose destiny she stole, and she’s brought a party of high-status adventurers who are more than what they seem.

The Goddess Astra is watching, ready to guide Synna in the use of her powers.

And Astra is watching you, too. the one who was left behind.







As I mentioned, this is sort of a mirror of my last character, Tajja - She Flirts with Everyone Except You.

I think, despite it being less NTR-ish, is a little tougher! I haven't really tried much in the brat-taming or even "enemies to lovers" tropes, but I had a lot of fun with this one! Synna is a real... piece of work. But the party is, well... you'll see. :)
